How the Fundraiser Works

1. Choose Your Plush Friends

Select teddy bears, school mascots or other adorable plush animals. Schools using our online fundraising option may choose up to four animals for families to order.

2. Select Your Fundraising Dates

Choose when your fundraiser will open and close. We recommend closing your online ordering page early enough to allow approximately 10–14 business days for processing before your planned event.

3. Set Your Selling Price

Your school decides what families will pay for each kit. This allows you to establish a price and fundraising goal that work for your school community.

4. Invite Families to Participate

Share your dedicated ordering page through newsletters, parent emails, parish bulletins, social media, classroom communication and a QR code.

5. Host Your Event

After the kits arrive, students hand-stuff their plush animals, add their wishing inserts, complete their birth certificates and take their finished friends home.

Plushie Pal Factory does not need to visit your school or host the workshop. We provide and ship the supplies, and your school hosts the event its way.

Our online fundraising option provides a simple way to collect orders and payments.

Plushie Pal Factory creates a dedicated fundraising page for your Catholic or Christian school. Families use your unique link or QR code to order and pay securely through our website.

Your school does not have to collect individual payments, purchase inventory in advance or create a separate account through a third-party payment app.

Each complete 16-inch kit includes:

• One 16-inch teddy bear, mascot or plush animal

• One stuffing pack

• One custom school logo T-shirt

• One birth certificate

• One special wishing insert

Your school selects up to four animals and sets the selling price. After the online fundraiser closes, we process the orders and ship the kits directly to your school. Your organization then receives its fundraising check.
