Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped using standard ground shipping. Our standard processing and shipping timeframe is approximately 10–14 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate or weight of the order and its destination. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout. Some qualifying bulk orders may include free shipping when specifically stated.

Orders needed for a scheduled event should be placed at least three weeks in advance. Please contact us before ordering if your event is approaching soon. Delivery by a specific date is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by Plushie Pal Factory.

Fundraising and discounted bulk orders may be required to ship directly to the school or organization’s verified delivery address. Orders shipped to a residential address may require a signature upon delivery. The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate address and ensuring that someone is available to receive and safely secure the shipment.

The shipping carrier’s tracking confirmation or signature record will serve as proof of delivery. Once an order is confirmed as delivered, Plushie Pal Factory™ is not responsible for packages that are reported as missing, stolen, or not received. Delivery concerns will be reviewed using the carrier’s tracking information and proof of delivery. Refunds or replacement orders will not be issued solely based on a claim of nonreceipt when the carrier’s records confirm delivery.

For fundraising orders, the 10–14-business-day processing and shipping timeframe begins after the fundraiser closes and all order details have been finalized. For invoiced bulk orders, the timeframe begins after payment and final order approval are received.
